Hrishikesh Patil

Hrishikesh Patil is a Senior Research Fellow at ICAR- Indian Council of Agricultural Research since July 2023. Prior experience includes a trainee position at Dr. PDKV, Akola in early 2019, where involvement in the National Agricultural Higher Education Project focused on solar energy applications and Solar Tunnel Dryer technology for vegetable preservation was notable. Additional training at the Central Institute of Post Harvest Engineering & Technology in June 2018 provided insights into food-processing machinery and participation in research on oil extraction techniques. A trainee experience at the North Eastern Region Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute involved hands-on training in the operation and maintenance of agricultural machinery. Hrishikesh completed a Master's degree in Processing and Food Engineering from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyaapeeth.
