Michelle Dsouza

Michelle Dsouza has extensive work experience at Taj Hotels, starting in 2005. Michelle held various roles including Manager – Human Resources in different locations such as Goa, Mumbai, Pune, and Nasik until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Corporate Director – HR and later as a Manager Human Resources - HRBP SPA Division. Most recently, they have been with Taj Hotels as an Associate Vice President - Human Resources since July 2022. Michelle also held the position of Corporate Director- Talent Acquisition from July 2017 to September 2022.

Michelle Dsouza obtained an MBA in HR from SCMHRD, where they studied from 2002 to 2004.
