Souvik Mukherjee

Souvik Mukherjee is currently serving as an ICS Student Guide at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where responsibilities include mentoring freshmen and providing academic support. In addition, Souvik holds the position of Teaching Assistant for the course CS 637: Embedded and Cyber-Physical Systems. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for ESC111/112, Fundamentals of Computing, and participating in the IITB Trust Lab's ACM India Summer School on Theoretical Foundations of Cryptography, selected among 60 participants from over 550 applicants. Souvik's professional background also includes a role at L&T Technology Services as a GET & Associate Engineer, focusing on designing check plates for off-road vehicle components, and involvement in the ISRO Outreach Programme. Souvik holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Vellore Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Research in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Cybersecurity at IIT Kanpur.
