Sujit Shanti

Sujit Shanti has extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, currently serving as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer and shift in charge at Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd since April 2009, specifically in a 2×60MW captive power plant. Prior to this role, Sujit worked as a Junior Maintenance Engineer at the same company. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (2013-2016), a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the State Council of Educational Research & Training (2005-2008), and another diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Kalinga Vidyapitha (1999-2005).
