Kathleen Ritch

Kathleen Ritch, CPP, possesses extensive payroll management experience, having served as Payroll Manager for the School District of Indian River County from November 2015 to June 2022 and for the Martin County School District from November 2001 to November 2014. Additionally, Kathleen worked as a Senior Payroll Analyst at Florida Power & Light Company from November 2014 to November 2015. Responsibilities included overseeing a $105 million annual gross payroll for a staff of 3,000, supervising payroll staff during biweekly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Board Policy and federal regulations, reconciling transactions, and preparing federal IRS payroll tax returns. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from UCF College of Business and is a Certified Payroll Professional through the American Payroll Association.
