Bruce Fraser

Bruce Fraser, Ph.D., serves as Co Editor for the Florida AI Learning Consortium, managing AI-related content for the organization's website since April 2025. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Laura (Riding) Jackson Foundation and President/CEO of New Common Ground, LLC, Bruce Fraser specializes in higher education consulting, focusing on organizational health and communication strategies. With a long-standing academic career at Indian River State College starting in 2001, Bruce Fraser has been promoted to Professor of Philosophy and has held roles including AAUP Chapter President and Dean of Communications, Humanities, and Social Sciences, where leadership was established for a diverse faculty division. Additionally, Bruce Fraser directed the Center for Media and Journalism Studies, innovating a model for journalism education. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Boston University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, along with a Leadership in Higher Education certificate from The Chair Academy.
