Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Indiana Donor Network since February 2020, Poepsel-Smock previously held the position of Director of HR and Administration at Onebridge, where the company was recognized as a 'Best Place to Work.' With experience as Vice President of Global Culture and Engagement at Tangoe and Vice President of Human Resources at MOBI Wireless Management, Poepsel-Smock has demonstrated expertise in enhancing corporate culture and employee engagement. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, expected in March 2024, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, completed in June 2023. Certifications include PHR, SHRM-CP, and sHRBP.
