Deb Hunter

Deb Hunter is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Talent Coach and HR Advisor at Indiana Electric Cooperatives since June 2017. In this role, Deb promotes career opportunities within the electric cooperatives by building relationships with educational institutions and enhancing employment brand awareness. Prior to this, Deb contributed as an Advisor at FirstPerson, where strategic business advisory services were provided to improve people strategies, and served as a Consultant at FlashPoint Leadership Consulting, focusing on employee engagement and management consulting. Earlier experience includes positions as Director of Human Resources at Dealer Services Corporation and Manager of Human Resources at Auction Broadcasting Company. Deb holds multiple certifications in brain-based coaching, emotional intelligence assessments, and predictive index assessments, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
