Steve Howell

Steven Howell is an experienced professional in public affairs and industry relations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Industry Affairs at the Indiana Soybean Alliance since August 2016. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Public Affairs Director and served as the Director of Government and Community Affairs, as well as Agricultural Liaison at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management from January 2012 to August 2016. Steven also worked as a Project Manager for contract conservation program promotion with organizations like the Upper Wabash River Basin Commission and The Nature Conservancy from January 2011 to January 2012, and served as Deputy District Director in the U.S. House of Representatives from January 1999 to November 2010. Steven holds a Master of Public Administration from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
