Melody Cockrum

Melody Cockrum, MSML, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience at Indiana University Health. Melody began their career with the company in 2007 as a Human Resources Manager for the North Central Region. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Director, where they continue to excel in overseeing HR operations and strategies.

Melody Cockrum holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University, which they attained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington between 1985 and 1989. Melody also completed their College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Indian Creek High School from 1982 to 1985. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Gallup Global Strengths Coach from Gallup in 2022.
