Terrence Baker

Terrence Baker's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities in the field of information services and healthcare technology. Terrence has held leadership positions at Indiana University Health, starting with the role of Technical Project Manager in 2003. Terrence then progressed to roles such as Information Services and Clinical Engineering Manager, Manager of Information Services and Clinical Engineering, Program Manager, Director of IS Infrastructure Operations, and most recently, Vice President of Information Services. In these roles, Terrence has overseen teams responsible for cloud and data center operations, infrastructure data operations, service desk support, ITSM application management, endpoint compute, desktop services, IS asset management, and Cerner domain management. Terrence has also been involved in the implementation and maintenance of technology systems to meet the complex needs of a large healthcare provider. Apart from their roles at Indiana University Health, Terrence has also served as a podcast host for Healthcare Tech Talk and AAMI, discussing healthcare-related technologies and medical equipment. Before their career in the healthcare sector, Terrence served as a Fire Controlman in the US Navy.

Terrence Baker obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Western Governors University between 2018 and 2022. In 1988 to 1990, they completed the U.S. Navy Advanced Electronics Program, specializing in Digital and Analog Electronics.
