Terri Grant has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Terri is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Indiana University Health, where they focus on developing innovative HR solutions to improve healthcare delivery and supports a diverse business unit. Prior to this, Terri worked at Eli Lilly and Company for many years, holding various HR leadership roles. As the Vice President of HR for Global R&D and Oncology Business Unit, they were responsible for the global HR strategy for 9,000 employees across multiple regions. In addition, Terri oversaw the restructuring of the R&D HR function, creating an HR center of excellence and implementing strategic business partner roles. Before joining Eli Lilly, Terri also gained experience at Chase Manhattan Bank as a Relationship Manager.
Terri Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business from Wittenberg University. Terri also has a Master's degree (MA) in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Terri has completed an Executive Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education and an HR Executive Program from the University of Michigan. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt in 2009.
