Kelly Tilley

Kelly Tilley currently serves as the Director of Cheerleading and Entertainment for the Indianapolis Colts, a position held since March 2013. In this role, Kelly oversees the daily operations of the Colts Cheer department, collaborating with various organizational departments to further the team's mission. Prior to this, Kelly worked for the Denver Broncos Football Club from April 2003 to March 2013, serving as Manager of Cheer and Director of Junior Cheer. Additionally, Kelly was a Cheerleader with the Denver Health Foundation and held the role of Special Events Coordinator. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in May 2005.
