Eseoghene Onojafe has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They began their career at Good Tidings Secondary School as an agricultural science teacher, where they also took on the role of a form teacher. Following this, they interned at Friends of The Environment (FOTE), assisting in projects and empowerment programs. At Hotels.ng, Eseoghene worked as a quality control personnel in the customer service department, ensuring communication met company standards and also tracked refunds for customers. They later took on the role of Customer Support Team Lead, supervising various teams and monitoring KPIs to boost productivity. At KariXchange, Eseoghene developed a customer service structure and collaborated with sales and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction. They also worked closely with software engineers to identify and resolve issues. As a Technical Support Officer at Today's Solutions, Eseoghene addressed client concerns and worked with the product development team to make necessary upgrades. Currently, Eseoghene is the Customer Success Team Lead at Indicina, responsible for managing high-value accounts, leading a team of account managers and customer support associates, and budget planning.
Eseoghene Onojafe has a Master of Science degree in Climate and Society from the University of Ibadan, which was obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Agriculture degree in Forest Resources Management from the same university, completed from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, Eseoghene Onojafe has obtained certifications in Customer Relationship Management from Astute Trainers and Consultants Limited in September 2022, and as a Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) from the West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals (WAACSP) in July 2020.
