Raed Shomali

Raed Shomali has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Raed most recently worked at Tasheel Finance as the Acting Chief Operation Officer and previously held the role of Customer Fulfillment Head. Prior to that, they worked at Mastercard as Manager - Global Contact Center Management. Raed also has extensive experience at Dunia Finance, where they held roles such as Credit Operations Head, Contact Center Head, and Unit Head - Contact Center. Earlier in their career, they worked at Citi, where they held various roles including CitiBusiness Compliance Head & Training Manager, Manager - CitiPhone, Assistant Manager - CitiPhone, MIS Navigator & Compliance Officer - CitiPhone, and Team Leader - CitiPhone.

Raed Shomali attended Yarmouk University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration. In 2015, they also completed an Accelerated Development Program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
