Zuni Simon

Zuni Simon is an experienced professional in customer care and management, currently serving as Complaints & Incident Manager and Team Lead for Customer Excellence at Indie Campers since February 2018. Previous experience includes customer-facing roles as a City Guide at Tuk Tuk Lisboa, where Zuni provided transportation and historical insights, and as a Customer Service Representative for Arvato on the X-box project, delivering product guidance and membership billing support.
