Leslie Harwell

Leslie Harwell is a Co-Founder and General Partner at Alante Capital, a venture capital fund established in June 2017 that focuses on supporting innovative founders in decarbonization, circularity, and regeneration within design-driven consumer industries. In addition to this role, Leslie serves as an investor in multiple organizations, including Mango Materials, Circ™, Lizee, FIT:MATCH, retraced, Insempra, Matereal, Fibe, and Flyp. Each of these companies works towards sustainability and innovative solutions in various sectors, particularly within the fashion and consumer goods industries. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a concentration in International Relations from Georgetown University and has also studied at The American University in Cairo and The Lovett School.
