Ana Rodriguez has a decade of work experience. Ana began their career in 2007 as a Promotor de Servicios at Banco de Crédito BCP. In 2011, they moved to Ampato Energía S.A.C. as an Executive Assistant. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Treasury Assistant at Asociación Peruano Japonesa. Ana then moved to COSAPI as a Treasury Assistant from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined UltrAgra SAC as a Management and Supply Analyst. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at COES - Comitée de Operación Económica del Sistema Interconectado Nacional as a Logistic & Treasury Analyst. Currently, they are a Service Designer at miCasita hipotecaria and a Customer Experience Lead at Indigital Solutions.

Ana Rodriguez has completed a range of educational experiences. In 2005-2007, they earned a Technical Title to the Name of the Nation as a Bank Administrator from Insitituto de Formación Bancaria - IFB. From 2008-2013, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economic and Business Engineering from Universidad Científica del Sur. In 2018-2019, they completed a PADE International in Administration from Universidad ESAN. In 2019, they earned a Customer Experience CX Design and Management from Universidad del Pacífico (PE) and a Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general from Universidad de Los Andes. In 2020, they earned a Lean UX from UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología and a Negociaciones Efectivas y Manejo de Conflictos from Universidad del Pacífico (PE). In 2021-2022, they are currently enrolled in UX Avanzado and Data Storytelling from Colectivo23.
