Prerna Shraff

Prerna Shraff has been in the tech industry since 2010. Prerna began their career as a Customer Relationship Management Intern at Indiana University in 2010. In 2011, they moved to WellPoint as a Configuration Management Intern and gained an overview of the entire SDLC, developed use cases, performance solutions, record types to leverage the tools, and worked with the Quality Assurance team. Prerna was also trained in IBM Rational suite and Blade logic tools, and brainstormed on the various risk assurance and management techniques required as a part of metrics collection. In 2012, they joined Indigo BioAutomation as a Product Specialist and later moved up to become the Customer Technical Support Lead and Quality Analyst.

Prerna Shraff completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai in 2010. Prerna then went on to pursue their Masters of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington in 2012.
