Claire Wood

Claire Wood, CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in employee benefits management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Benefits at Indigo since September 2021, Claire oversees employee benefit programs for over 500 employees in the Ag Tech and Biologics sectors. Prior roles include Benefits Manager at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where responsibilities encompassed benefits administration for 7,000 employees, and Senior Benefits Specialist at AMRI, managing benefit plans for 1,400 employees. Claire has also held positions in compensation and benefits management, and operational roles, beginning as General Manager at Paul Garnsey & Son, Inc. Claire holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from SUNY Empire State College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from SUNY Adirondack.
