Morgan Dugan

Morgan brings 18 years of leadership experience to the company as the General Manager of Indigo Marketplace, with a focus on animal feed and ethanol.

Prior to Indigo, Morgan enjoyed roles of increasing responsibility within the United States Army, Monsanto and The Maschhoffs. He holds a MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in mechanical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Most recently at The Maschhoffs, one of the largest family-owned hog production networks in the U.S., Morgan was the Vice President of Supply Chain. His duties included hog marketing, strategic customer relationships, business development, live hog trucking, merchandising, procurement, environmental services, safety, hog master planning, and feed mills. Previously, at Monsanto, Morgan held various sales management, marketing, and product management roles.
