Lila Panggabean

Lila Panggabean is currently the Human Capital Development Manager at PT Indika Energy Tbk. Previously, Lila held roles as a People Engagement Senior Lead and Senior Associate at Mekari and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Indonesia, respectively. With a Master of Science in Environmental and Occupational Health from National Cheng Kung University and a Bachelor of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Science and Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Lila has a strong background in both health and pharmaceutical industries.
