Bala Pitchiah C.p.

Bala Pitchiah C.P. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Bala started their career as an HR Consultant at Quintegra Solutions in 2004 and later worked as an Executive Human Resources at Dexterity Business Analysts (P) Ltd from 2005 to 2006. Bala then joined HCL Technologies as an Associate Manager - TAG in 2006 and stayed with the company until 2010. During this time, they also worked as a Recruitment Specialist - TAG at EMC from 2010 to 2011. Bala then returned to HCL Technologies as a Manager - TAG (Singapore) from 2011 to 2015, followed by a role as a Senior Manager - TA - CDE (Pan India) at Cognizant from 2015 to 2021. Bala then became a Portfolio Manager - TAG at Capgemini from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are working as an Associate Vice President - Talent Acquisition at Indium Software from 2023 onwards.

Bala Pitchiah C.P. completed a Masters in Labour Management with a focus on HR/IR at the Tamilnadu Institute of Labour Studies from 2002 to 2004.
