Kaj Sood

Kaj Sood has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kaj started their career as a Purchasing Team Intern at John Crane in 2010. They then went on to work as an Account Manager at Speedboard Assembly Services Ltd from 2011 to 2012. Kaj later worked as a Buying Assistant at London Ethnic from 2012 to 2013. They then joined Zetes - UK & Ireland as a Commercial Services Assistant from 2013 to 2014, where they handled sales order processing and managed the repairs process for returned hardware. Following this, Kaj worked as a Logistics Coordinator at ProProcure Limited, where they managed order process and logistics for worldwide orders.

In 2014, Kaj transitioned to Brand International Group, where they held various roles. They started as an Operations Assistant, responsible for customer and order management. They then progressed to become an Operations Manager, overseeing critical path management, factory liaison, compliance, and team management.

Most recently, Kaj served as the Head of Operations and Compliance EMEA at Indivior since 2019. Prior to this, they held roles such as Global Supply Chain Operations and Compliance Manager and Global Logistics Manager. In these roles, Kaj managed strategic business relationships with global logistics partners, implemented performance review programs, and oversaw logistics budgeting and commercial contracts. They also led BCP activities and provided coaching and development to the team.

Kaj Sood obtained a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Surrey from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they completed A Levels at Altwood Church of England School, focusing on History, English Literature, Business Studies, Basics of Accounting, and Critical Thinking. Before their A Levels, from 2001 to 2006, Kaj Sood studied for their GCSEs at Altwood Church of England School, covering subjects such as English Language and Literature, Maths, Science, Religious Studies, History, Business, and ICT.
