Sepideh Moghadam

Sepideh Moghadam has diverse work experience in the field of compliance and integrity. Sepideh is currently the Head of Integrity & Compliance Global Strategy at Indivior, where they develop and implements global strategies and prioritizes compliance matters. Previously, they served as an Advisory Board Member at EverSmart City, focusing on renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, and smart home tech. Prior to that, Sepideh was the Head of Ethics and Compliance at Blue Yonder, where they managed and ran cost-effective compliance programs. Sepideh also co-founded and served as President of Black Belt Compliance, a compliance consulting firm. Sepideh began their career at Avnet in the Office of Compliance.

Sepideh Moghadam has a Double Major in Electrical Engineering and Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Sepideh also obtained a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the GRC Professional Certification from GRC Certify, the Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC) from the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI), and the FCPA Expert Certification and FinCEN AML Level I Certification from The FCPA Blog. Sepideh also holds a Certified Enterprise Risk Professional certification from NC State Poole College of Management and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Bourns, Inc. Other certifications they have achieved include Mastery Process Reengineering, Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci methodology and the ADKAR model, and Situational Leadership Program.
