VP Global Supply Chain at Indivior

Victoria Tomlinson-Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Victoria started their career as a Field Inspector at the Rural Payments Agency in 2002. Victoria then joined the Rural Payments Agency as a Quality Compliance Administrator from May 2004 to November 2006. From December 2006 to December 2007, they worked as an Embellishment Planning role at Reckitt Benckiser. Victoria then moved on to become a Customer Service Senior at Reckitt Benckiser from November 2006 to June 2008, where they managed the supply chain for large grocery accounts and was a key user for customer service processes. Following that, they held the role of Demand Planner - Healthcare at Reckitt Benckiser from June 2008 to May 2010, where they were responsible for supply interface, capacity planning, and management of key brands in the healthcare sector. From May 2010 to April 2013, they worked as a Global Demand Planner - Pharmaceuticals at Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals. Victoria'snext career move was to Indivior, where they held various roles. From April 2013 to June 2016, they served as the Global Demand Planning Manager, leading the demerger of Indivior from Reckitt Benckiser. From June 2016 to September 2017, they held the position of Global Supply Planning and SAP Director, overseeing demand planning, global graphics, and cooperating with third-party manufacturers. From September 2017 to January 2020, they served as the Global Supply Chain Director, providing global direction in functional areas of supply and demand planning, logistics, and SAP to support organizational objectives. Victoria'smost recent role at Indivior was as the VP Global Supply Chain, starting in January 2020.

Victoria Tomlinson-Jones obtained a 2:1 LLB with honours degree in law from the University of Hull between 1999 and 2002. Victoria has also obtained additional certifications including The Five Behaviors® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning, Team Coaching Practitioner from Barefoot Coaching Ltd, Association for coaching from the Association for Coaching (AC), Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, and Mental health first aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. Victoria also holds a Risk Management Education Certificate from APICS.
