Sheila Curtis has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Sheila began their career at Winchester Farms Dairy as an HR Assistant and Payroll Clerk, responsible for payroll preparation and implementation of a new timeclock system. Sheila then moved on to become the Safety/Training Manager, where they created and conducted OSHA training and ensured compliance with safety regulations.
After their time at Winchester Farms Dairy, Sheila joined Managed Health Services as an HR Coordinator, providing support in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and incident reporting. Sheila then served as an Executive Assistant at Geisinger Health System, where they oversaw HR functions for the Foundation and provided strategic support to the EVP.
In their most recent role as the Head of Human Resources at Indivumed Inc., Sheila managed HR operations for a multinational subsidiary, including recruitment, staffing, training, benefits, compensation, HRIS, and payroll. Sheila also worked with legal counsel on visa and immigration matters for international employees. Sheila was responsible for coordinating space management, budgeting, personnel management, and executive reporting.

Sheila's most recent educational pursuit began in 2018 at SHRM, where they are currently enrolled until 2024, working towards obtaining the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) degree.
