Salsabila Putri Rulia is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and employer branding across various companies. Currently working at the Indonesia Stock Exchange as an HR - Talent Acquisition, Salsabila successfully led the IDX Professional Talent's Recruitment Program 2023, achieving nearly 40 hires in just 1.5 months. Previous roles include positions at Siemens as a Talent Acquisition Researcher, Philip Morris International focusing on employer branding and internship programs, Shopee managing end-to-end recruitment, and human resources roles at Zenius and Niagahoster. Salsabila also contributed to human resource development as Deputy Head of Human Resource Development Bureau at BEM FEB UI and gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at Atourin. Salsabila holds an S1 degree in Management from the University of Indonesia.
