Abhik Sinha

Abhik Sinha has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Abhik started their career as a Manager - HR at Indian Bank in 2006. Abhik then joined HDFC Bank as a Regional HR Service Manager in 2007. In 2010, they moved to Tata Motor Finance as an Assistant Vice President, where they handled talent management, employee engagement, and new initiatives. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Srei as a Vice President & Head responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, rewards, and HR operations. Currently, they are employed at Equitas Small Finance Bank as a Senior Vice President & Head - Business HR (Asset Finance) since April 2019.

Abhik Sinha completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computers from Nagpur University from 2000 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from IBS Hyderabad from 2004 to 2006.

In terms of certifications, Abhik Sinha obtained the following certifications:

- In October 2016, they became a Certified Rewards Professional from Aon Hewitt.

- In February 2016, they acquired the certification for Certified HR Analytics from Manipal Institute of Data Sciences.

- In June 2014, they became a TBEM Gold Assessor from Tata Quality Management Services.

- In April 2018, they earned the CII HR Excellence Assessor certification from CII.

- In February 2018, they obtained the PPA & HJA certification from Thomas Assessments Pvt Ltd (India & SAARC Region).
