Afifah Salsabila

Afifah Salsabila has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2018, they worked as a Temporary Staff at Food Ingredients Global. The following year, they joined the Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa FISIP UPN Veteran Jakarta, where they served as a Staff of Social Department and later as a Project Officer. In 2019, Afifah became a Co-Founder of AIESEC in UPNVJ, the world's largest youth-run organization focused on developing leadership potential. Within AIESEC, they took on the role of Local Committee Vice President of Finance, Governance, Legal, where they managed financial, project, and risk management aspects.

In 2020, Afifah worked as a Research Intern at Human Rights Working Group Indonesia. Afifah then joined Shopee International in 2021 as a Business Development Intern, where they contributed to building the pipeline category and generating reports for potential sellers. Currently, Afifah serves as a Project Analyst in Learning and Development and Human Resource Organization Transformation at Daya Dimensi Indonesia. In this role, they provide technical support during program preparation and delivery and assists the Project Manager in energy and mining projects for various clients.

Afifah Salsabila completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta. Afifah attended the university from 2017 to 2021.
