Arief Lukmansyah Putra

Arief Lukmansyah Putra has a diverse work experience. Arief started their career as a Student Internship at The Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Indonesia, where they worked in the International Law Sub-Directorate. Their tasks included taking minutes during meetings, summarizing documents related to cases, translating, reviewing international conventions, and preparing backgrounds for conferences.

After that, Arief worked as an Operations Intern at Monroe Consulting Group, Asia. In this role, they handled various aspects of back-office and general affairs work, supported finance and accounting, managed IT matters in the workplace, handled purchasing requests, assisted with monthly expense files, communicated and negotiated with vendors, and ensured smooth day-to-day business operations.

Currently, Arief is working at Daya Dimensi Indonesia. Arief started as an Analyst, where they were involved in several projects with a diverse range of clients. Arief supported project managers in executing projects, created and delivered bite-sized modules through an online learning platform, developed timelines for module delivery, created reports and training refreshers, managed administrative matters on the learning platform, and coordinated with counterparts. Later, they worked as a Junior Consultant/Project Manager, where they continued to support project execution. Currently, they hold the position of Client Account Manager. Arief Lukmansyah Putra obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Pelita Harapan, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they obtained certifications in Dimension Analysis Workshop (DAWS) and Targeted Selection Interview from Daya Dimensi Indonesia in April 2021 and February 2021, respectively.
