Bilal Dwi Nugraha

Bilal Dwi Nugraha has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. In 2001, they worked as an English Teacher at the International Language Program (ILP) until 2003. From 2002 to 2007, they worked at Daya Dimensi Indonesia (DDI) as a Course Facilitator, where they trained and coached behavioral competencies, soft skills, managerial skills, and leadership skills. Bilal Dwi also served as a Client Account Manager, generating business and maintaining clients. In 2010, Bilal founded BDN (PT Bina Daya Nugraha), where they supported the company in organizing learning activities, developing learning modules, and conducting training programs for various industries and organizations. Since 2012, they have been working at Indonesia Business Links as a Project Associate, facilitating workshops and supporting sustainability, corporate social responsibility, community development, and youth programs. Throughout their career, Bilal has worked with numerous well-known companies and organizations, demonstrating their expertise in the field of learning and development.

Bilal Dwi Nugraha completed a Diploma in Sustainable Business and Responsible Leadership from the Swedish Institute Management Program in 2016. Prior to that, between 1997 and 2001, Bilal earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Silliman University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
