Dharmaji Suradika

Dharmaji Suradika began their work experience in 2015 as a Praktikant im strategischen Marketing at MESSKO GMBH. In 2015, they also joined Siemens as part of their Siemens ASEAN Pacific Engineering Graduate Program, where they participated in new project and after sales opportunity development in PLN. Dharmaji continued to work at Siemens as a Business Development professional responsible for the creation of Vertical Marketing Presentation. Dharmaji then joined Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in 2019 as a Parttime Consultant. In the same year, they became the Executive Director of Deep Tech Foundation. In 2019, they also co-founded Pemimpin.id and held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, and as a Faculty Member. Currently, they work at Daya Dimensi Indonesia as the Head of Social Impact Initiatives.

Dharmaji Suradika has a diverse education history. Dharmaji completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng) degree in Technical Management at the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer from 2012-2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Mechanical Engineering at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya from 2007-2011. Aside from their formal education, Dharmaji Suradika has obtained multiple certifications. These include certificates in Design Thinking, Social Innovation, and Complex Systems, Creating a Product-Centric Organization, Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience, Strategic Partnerships: Ecosystems and Platforms, and Problem Solving Techniques, all from LinkedIn. Dharmaji also holds a Certificate of Completion in Organizational Leadership: Leading Change from the Executive Learning Institute Prasetiya Mulya, a Certificate of Completion in The Art & Science of Coaching Modules I - II from Erickson Coaching International, and a Certificate of Completion in Engineering Graduate Program from Siemens.
