Felicia Maukar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Felicia started their career as an Assessor at ASIAN BUSINESS CONSULTANTS, LLC in March 2005. Felicia then worked as an Associate at SHL Group from September 2005 to March 2006. Following that, they served as a Consultant at Templar International Consultants under The Adecco Group from March 2006 to December 2006.
In 2007, Felicia joined PeopleSource as an Associate Senior Consultant, where they worked until December 2010. Felicia then took up the role of School Psychologist at Mentari Intelegensia School starting February 2009.
Felicia further expanded their expertise by becoming a Bach Flowers Registered Practitioner at Bach Centre from September 2017 onwards. In September 2019, they assumed the position of Director at Saridewi Sarana Lestari.
In 2011, Felicia joined Daya Dimensi Indonesia as an Associate Consultant/Facilitator. Lastly, in September 2020, they founded Green laboratory.
Felicia Maukar pursued their education in the field of psychology. Felicia attained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001. Subsequently, they furthered their education by enrolling in the University of Indonesia where they obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Child Psychology, which spanned from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Felicia also acquired various certifications in different areas, such as Bach Flower Remedies, Building Trust, ChangeQuest, Coaching, Design Thinking, Dimension Analysis, Facilitation Skills, Leader As A Coach, Natural Skincare Formulation, and Target Selection Interview. The institutions from which they obtained these certifications include the Bach Centre, KNOLSKAPE, Vanaya Indonesia, Daya Dimensi Indonesia, and Formula Botanica.
