Jihan Hardiyanti Arief

Jihan Hardiyanti Arief has a diverse range of work experience. Jihan Hardiyanti is currently working at Daya Dimensi Indonesia as a Leadership Development Consultant, where they organize end-to-end Learning & Development projects for clients using the 70:20:10 method. Previously, they worked as an Analyst at the same company, maintaining and managing delivery of virtual classes.

Prior to their current role, Jihan worked at Teman Biasa as a Project Manager, where they generated creative media and was responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and corresponding with clients during various projects.

Jihan also had experience at the University of Brawijaya, where they worked as a Research Assistant and a Teaching Assistant. As a Research Assistant, they reported to Mr. MN and as a Teaching Assistant, they reported to Mr. M.

Additionally, Jihan had experience at SINAR BARU LOGISTIK as an Administration Support Staff, handling various administrative tasks related to document management and international shipments.

During their studies, Jihan interned at Pertamina Hulu Energi Tuban East Java and Emerson's Oil and Gas Solutions, where they worked on their final assignment and gained hands-on experience in the respective organizations.

Lastly, Jihan worked as a Physics Laboratory Assistant and Positioning Laboratory Assistant at the University of Brawijaya, assisting supervisors in their respective laboratories.

Jihan Hardiyanti Arief has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Geophysical Engineering from the University of Brawijaya. Prior to attending university, Jihan completed high school at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar, where they studied science. In addition to their formal education, Jihan has obtained several certifications, including Dimension Analysis Workshop, Facilitator Certification Process (FCP), Targeted Selection® Interviews, and Microsoft Office Desktop Application. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as DDI | Development Dimensions International and Trust Training Partners. Jihan obtained the certifications between 2019 and 2022.
