Responsible for system and data activities, proposing and purchasing new technologies, handling departmental coordination, developing computerized systems, leading security system projects, defining business flows, and supervising system design and development. Holds a degree in Teknik Informatika from Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Surabaya.
