Priority ERP Specialist

THE ROLE

You will be an experienced user of Priority ERP systems and may have experience as a consultant implementing and supporting ERP systems.

We are looking for an office-based ERP Super User familiar with the Priority ERP system to support stakeholders at all levels to establish and optimize robust business processes within the ERP system. You will focus on enhancing the performance and development of the ERP systems in a young and dynamic company.

You will be supporting and training users individually and in groups so will need strong presentation skills and be able to create user training guides, work instructions and bespoke reports for all areas of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Establish Priority ERP as the core business system within the company.

·         Analysing the ERP settings and parameters to ensure optimum performance.

·         Create user instructions and guides for each function within all departments.

·         Coach, train, and provide technical support users in their daily roles on Priority.

·         Manage data transfer to and from other business critical systems.

·         You will be the go-to problem solving expert for all systems related issues.

·         Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.

EXPERIENCE

·         Strong knowledge of Priority ERP Software at all levels and cross functional use of the system to ensure full systematic implementation and development within the business.

·         At least 2 years’ experience as a Priority ERP specialist in a manufacturing industry.

·         A good knowledge of ERP development tools and business processes.

·         Experience undertaking detailed analysis of processes and procedures for improving efficiency and productivity levels.

·         Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers, colleagues, and senior management to build professional relationships.

·         Confident with route cause analysis and prevention of problematic transactions.

·         Knowledge of financial as well as manufacturing ERP software would be advantageous.
