Eason Smith

Eason Smith is an Embedded Software Engineer currently working at InductEV since July 2023. Previously, Eason served as a Software Engineer in Embedded Systems at Miku from October 2017 to July 2023, contributing to the development of multiple generations of an IoT smart baby monitor camera with advanced capabilities, primarily utilizing C/C++ in an Embedded / Yocto based ARM Linux environment. Eason gained valuable experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Persistent Systems, focusing on board bring-up, chip configuration, and porting extensive code for an audio-video peripheral for military and civilian applications. Earlier in the career, Eason was an Administrative Coordinator at the American Jewish World Service, managing projects for a development team over six years. Eason holds a Dual Degree B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from New York University, specializing in Robotics, Real-Time Embedded Systems, and Artificial Intelligence.
