Major Namrata Singh

Major Namrata Singh (Retd) is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Circle HR Head at Indus Towers Limited since May 2023. Prior roles include Senior Manager at a start-up focusing on talent management and development, and AVP at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Major Singh dedicated a significant portion of career to the Indian Army, where responsibilities included leading human resources efforts, managing talent acquisition, and capability building. Additionally, experience includes serving as a trainer for the United Nations and as a certified instructor with UN Women, specializing in diversity, inclusion, and gender equality. Major Singh holds a Post Graduate Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, an MA in English Literature, an MBA in HR, and a BA in Economics and English Literature.
