Ritu Maan

Ritu Maan is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as the Learning & Development Lead and Engagement Lead at Indus Towers Limited since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ritu worked at GMR Group from February 2019 to November 2023 as the Lead of Employee Engagement & Communication, focusing on Diversity & Culture initiatives. Ritu also gained experience at Reliance Industries Limited as a Talent Lead from August 2015 to February 2019, and at Mahindra Finance as an HR Manager from April 2010 to August 2015. Ritu holds an MBA in Human Resources from IMT Nagpur, completed between 2008 and 2010.
