Aravind Sastry

Aravind Sastry has over 10 years of experience in product management. Aravind began their career in 2011 as a Product Manager at Featherlite, where they proposed a software development project and conceptualized a Configure-Price-Quote model for a CRM application. Aravind then moved to Untangle Software Innovations LLP in 2014, where they were a Co-Founder and Product Manager. In 2018, they joined Aptean as a Senior Business Analyst & Product Owner, and was responsible for evaluating and prioritizing enhancements, evaluating capacity for development, and managing requirements from customer advisory board meetings. In 2020, they took on the role of Product Lead at Optimal Strategix Group, Inc., where they led ideation and prototyping sessions for four new product features, increased customer activation rate by 20%, and reduced sprint scope creep by 80%. In 2021, they joined DIGITAL HARBOR, Inc. as a Product Manager, and is currently in the role of Senior Product Manager at Indusface, which they began in 2022.

Aravind Sastry completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2005 and 2009. Aravind then went on to pursue a PGPX in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from MYRA School of Business between 2017 and 2018. Currently, they are enrolled in the Institute of Product Leadership's ICPM flex program in Product Management.
