Martin Schulman

VP, Video Production at Industrial Color

Martin Schulman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the production industry. Martin started their career as an Author at John Wiley & Sons Singapore in 2006 and later worked as a Writer for Warner Home Video. In 2010, they joined Moxie Pictures as a Freelance Associate Production Coordinator and IT Support Technician, where they coordinated commercial shoots and maintained company electronics. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Freelance Production Manager and Producer at Another Green World Productions, working on content for high-profile clients. Martin then founded their own company, ALL THINGS DIGITAL, in 1995, where they managed computer troubleshooting, A/V installation, and served as a consultant.

In 2013, Schulman joined Condé Nast as a Senior Director of Production, where they also served as the interim VP. During their tenure, they led production and post-production teams, resolved financial and creative issues, and implemented best practices for digital production. Martin left Condé Nast in 2017 and took on the role of Executive Producer at GOOGLE VR 1-90, where they oversaw the production of a commercial and ensured creative execution while staying within budget.

In 2017, they founded ESQ. PRODUCTIONS, EIC, a boutique production company focused on digital and commercial growth opportunities. Martin produced branded content videos for clients such as AUDI, LOEWS HOTELS, and EVENFLO.

In 2019, Schulman joined Industrial Color Studios as the VP of Video Production, and later that year, they also took on the role of Vice President of Video Production and Vice President of Productions and Operations at CoCreativ.co. These roles involved overseeing video production and operations for both companies.

Throughout their career, Schulman has demonstrated expertise in production management, creative direction, and client relations, working with a variety of well-known brands and successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Martin Schulman attended Hunter College High School from 1980 to 1986. Following their high school education, they enrolled at New York University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from 1986 to 1991.
