Ashley Roulston

Ashley Roulston has extensive experience in business development and executive leadership, currently serving as Global Business Development at Industrial Plankton Inc. since January 2019, focusing on algae bioreactors for microalgae and seaweed. In addition, Roulston has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Roulstonite LLC since February 2017, specializing in areas such as aquaculture, biotech, mining, life sciences, and clean technology. Prior roles include Business Development at Industrial Plankton Inc. from July 2009 to December 2016 and VP Operations at Roulstonite Industries Ltd., where substantial CAD design contracts were completed. Roulston also briefly served as a Sport Development Coordinator for the Canadian Snowboard Association in 2010. Roulston holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Victoria - Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, earned in 2010.
