Paula Yeager

Paula Yeager has a diverse work experience in quality engineering and manufacturing engineering. Paula started their career as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at ADC Telecommunications in 1996. In 1997, they joined Axcera, LLC (formerly ADC Telecommunications) as a Quality Manager and Senior Quality Engineer, where they led the implementation of ISO 9001:1994 compliant Quality Management System (QMS) and achieved certification. Paula also facilitated quality improvements in the design, manufacture, and service of Wireless Broadband Transmitters.

In 2004, Paula joined AccuTrex Products, Inc., where they worked in the role of Quality. Paula developed and conducted internal auditor training for the precision parts division, overcoming a 3rd party audit nonconformance and preserving their ISO 9001 Certification. Paula also reduced the spot weld reject rate by 98%, identified a design change to comply with the weld standard, and collaborated with the customer to implement it, avoiding scrap costs.

In 2011, they joined Industrial Scientific as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Paula Yeager pursued their education in the field of engineering. Paula completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson College of Technology in 1981. Prior to that, they attended General Motors Institute (now Kettering University) from 1977 to 1979, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Later, they obtained a Masters in Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1989.
