Thiago Vilas Boas

Thiago Vilas Boas is currently the Director of Global Services at Industrial Scientific, where Thiago leads the services teams globally and oversees the Authorized Service Center functions. Thiago has a Master of Business Administration degree from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Universidade Paulista. Prior to their current role, Thiago held various management positions in service and operations at companies such as VB & L, Liderança Cobranças Inteligentes, and Home Depot At Home Services. Throughout their career, Thiago has demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills in the financial services, customer services, and field operations sectors.
