Juan Canales

Juan Canales has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Juan is currently the Director of Operations at Grupo Industronic since January 2022. Before that, they worked at Flexitech for 12 years as a Plant Manager, overseeing the start-up and management of three production facilities. Prior to Flexitech, they were the General Manager at G&W Electric Co. from October 2007 to November 2009, where they started and managed a manufacturing plant. Juan Canales also has experience at Danfoss, where they held various roles such as Value Stream Manager, Production Manager, Process and Product Engineering Manager, and R&D Engineer. Juan began their career as a Production Engineer at Galvak in 1996 and also worked as a Project Engineer at Parker Hannifin in 1998.

Juan Canales obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León from 1992 to 1996. Juan also pursued English as a second language at Gwinnett Technical College from 1997 to 1998. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from EGADE Business School from 2003 to 2007.
