Mike Folster

Mike Folster is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and robotics industry with a diverse background in sales, management, and product development. Currently serving as an Expert In Residence at the Industry 4.0 Accelerator since November 2022, Mike assists technology-driven Industry 4.0 companies in engaging with Michigan's manufacturing sector. Previously, Mike held the position of Vice President of Sales at Olis Robotics, leading initiatives for remote control technologies in industrial automation. Mike's tenure at BEHCO included roles as General Manager and Robotics Product Manager, focusing on collaborative robotics and customer support in the West Michigan region. Earlier management roles at Inalfa Roof Systems involved overseeing North American operations and navigating through the automotive and financial crises while enhancing business performance. Additional experience includes program management and sales roles at Kautex Textron and Stant Corporation. Mike holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and multiple master's degrees in Management and Business Administration from Walsh College.
