Jamal Robinson

Jamal Robinson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jamal is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Industry Dive since 2024. Prior to this role, they co-founded and became the CEO of Clear Eye View (CEV) Eyewear in 2018. Jamal also founded Believe In A Dream in 2010, an organization that serves youth through the arts, entrepreneurship, and leadership. From 2019 to 2024, they worked as the Director of Brand Partnerships at Skyword. Additionally, they have served as a board member for Urban Beginnings Choice Federal Credit Union since 2020. In 2011, they founded Desiar Eyewear and successfully grew the business, selling wholesale to retailers like Macy's and Sunglasses Hut. Jamal also worked as a Sales Development Representative at TrackMaven from 2017 to 2019. In the education sector, they served as a board member for Fort Wayne Community Schools in 2015 and Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2015.

Jamal Robinson holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Western Governors University. Jamal also completed the Graduate Studies Program in Exponential Technologies and Global impact at Singularity University in 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Purdue University Fort Wayne. Jamal Robinson obtained their Core 40 Diploma from Northrop High School.
