David Attipoe

David Attipoe, PhD, is the Managing Director of Industry Immersion Africa since January 2022, where responsibilities include developing organizational identity and scaling the Industry Immersion Program across 8-10 African countries to graduate at least 200 STEM fellows annually. Prior to this role, David served as Program Lead at ESMT Berlin and AIMS - South Africa from January 2020 to December 2021, after initially joining the Industry Immersion Program team as an intern in 2017. David's experience also includes serving as Researcher PhD Candidate at the University of Cape Town and Program Operations Manager for the AIMS ESMT Industry Immersion Program between March 2017 and January 2020. David holds a PhD in Computational Mathematics from the University of Cape Town, a Master's degree in Mathematics from the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Ghana.
