Grant Needham

Grant Needham has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Global Manufacturing Excellence Manager and Engineer at INEOS since September 2019, where responsibilities include managing a manufacturing facility in Commerce, CA. Prior to this role, Grant held various positions at Ashland from August 1998 to August 2019, including Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Technical Manager. Earlier career experiences include serving as Technical Group Leader and Development Engineer at GWIL Industries, Inc. from May 1987 to August 1998. Grant holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, earned between 1982 and 1987.
